Interview will be scheduled 1-2 weeks after online application is received.
Please bring the following during the interview:
1. Original certificates of Diploma / UG / PG in optometry and attested copies
2. Original 10th and 12th standard certificates and attested copies
3. A copy of Aadhar card
4. 3 Passport size photos
5. A letter of intent stating "Why do I want to pursue Fellowship?"
Fellowship courses commence between June to August 2026. We have Full time Basic and Advanced Fellowship Programs with a duration of 6 months to 1 year.
