Tricolour Outlet Consignment Cheque Submission Form
If you received an e-mail telling you that you have a payout available from the Consignment program at Tricolour Outlet but are unable to come into the store to collect it, please fill out this form in order to receive a cheque. Please note that you must fill out this form in order to receive your cheque. You have one year after your book has sold to collect your money, after a full year your payout is invalid. Cheque processing can take 1-2 months. Please note, Tricolour is not responsible for incorrect information provided from you through this form; please ensure all of your answers are complete and exact.
