HOPE Program - Job Application

HOPE would like to take a moment to outline the recruitment process to give you a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward:

  1. Initial Evaluation:
    Once the job posting closes, the Talent Acquisition team at HOPE carefully evaluates all applicants. If the candidate meets the pre-screening qualifications, they will be contacted to conduct a Talent Screening.

  2. Talent Screening:
    During this stage, deeper exploration into the candidate's qualifications occurs, and a discussion about the role in more detail takes place to ensure alignment with their skills and HOPE's requirements.

  3. Hiring Team Review:
    If the candidate successfully passes the Talent Screening, their information will be submitted to the hiring team at HOPE. The team will review the Talent Screening notes along with the candidate's resume. If the candidate meets HOPE's criteria, they will proceed to the next step.

  4. Clinical Director Screening:
    At this stage, the candidate may undergo a screening with the Clinical Director at HOPE to further assess their suitability for the role.

  5. Reference Check:
    Following the screenings, HOPE will conduct reference checks. The candidate is asked to ensure they've provided the necessary references (one previous manager, one supervisor, and one peer) with their email addresses.

  6. Offer Proposal:
    Once all the information is gathered and reviewed, HOPE will create an offer proposal for the Executive Clinical Director's approval. If everything aligns, an offer will be extended to the candidate.

Please note that this process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from the initial contact. HOPE strives to keep candidates informed throughout each stage of the process.
