Jr. Marketeer Enrollment
We are inviting enthusiastic graduates of The HEAL Project (THP) in third, fourth and fifth grades to continue learning about health, environment and agriculture in our community in a fun way: Volunteer to work in THP’s produce booth at the Coastside Farmers' Market!

The market takes place Saturdays from 9-1, May through December, in Half Moon Bay. Students usually work from 9:30-11:00, for as many Saturdays as they’d like, and hours are flexible. Students gain valuable experience marketing and selling produce. They apply math skills; learn business concepts and customer service; and work with each other, with adult supervisors and community members. Students can also earn two certificates: first, a Junior Marketeer Certificate; and later, a Farmers’ Marketeer Certificate. Students will even bring home some wonderful, fresh produce after their shift as a “thank you” for their service. Most of all, it's FUN!

**This is not a day care service. Parents must sign their student in with Farm Manager or lead staff member before leaving the booth area. Unattended children is unsafe and will result in dismissal from the Marketeer Program**
