What you need to know
There are only 28 openings for this conference and we anticipate more applications than there are spaces.

The deadline to submit your application is February 9, 2017. We will be in touch with the successful applicants within two weeks of the deadline.

Please understand that the submission of your application does not guarantee a spot in the conference.

All costs of this conference are covered, excluding travel to and from Ottawa.

Please bring decent shoes – we will be doing lots of walking. Also check the weather for Ottawa before you leave and pack appropriately.

Upon acceptance to the conference, delegates will be required to submit a signed permission form (by both a parent and student participant) to ARPA Canada’s Administrative Assistant (Hannah@ARPACanada.ca).

Rules of Conduct
• No excessive noise allowed in the hostel at any time.
• Absolutely no mixing of sexes in hostel rooms permitted.
• No boisterous play in the halls or rooms. We cannot afford to be evicted from
the hostel.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• In general, conduct on this trip must be fitting for children of God.

Should you be found to be in conflict with any of the above rules, your parents will be contacted immediately and you may be sent home at your own expense.
