RCA Records Request Form: Transcripts, Report Cards, Etc.
Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for processing.

RCA will be on break during the first full week of October, Thanksgiving week, 3 weeks at Christmas through beginning of January, the first full week of Feb, and 2 weeks at Easter for Holy Week and Easter Week. 

These breaks will add additional wait time to the processing of your request(s).

Parents may request a high school transcript, report card, or Verification of Enrollment from the Regina Caeli registrar’s office by completing this form.

A separate form submission is required for each request.
