The Fine Print for 2025

We are returning to Hannon's Camp America!

VENDOR TICKETS:
All vendors and staff will need tickets to gain entry. 10 x 10 booth vendors are allowed to purchase 2 tickets at the vendor rate ($60), 20 x 10 are allowed to purchase 3 tickets at the vendor rate ($60), and 30 x 10 are allowed to purchase 4 tickets at the vendor rate ($60). Backpack vendors will already be ticketed via instructing or organizing.

Two tickets are included in the food truck fee, with options up to buy 2 more at $60 each.

Should you need more tickets than your pre-approved allotment, we may make more available upon reasonable request.

VENDOR AMENITIES:

Hannon's Camp America has some upgrades to the venue. There will be electrical outlets at the Vendor sites. You must provide your own outdoor electrical extension cords, should you need them. Hannon's Camp America has a new drainage system (this will help minimize issues from inclement weather). Vendor Row will be in a mix of gravel and grass and is mostly shaded by trees.

There may be limited cell phone reception, please plan accordingly. (Most major cell carriers get excellent service at HCA)

VOLUNTEER RAFFLE: Donations for the volunteer raffle are due at the Volunteer Tent by noon on Friday.

ENTRY TIME: Vendors are to arrive Wednesday, there will be no early arrival fee for Wednesday Vendor entry. If Vendors are carpooling with Non-Staff Personnel, please let us know as early as possible. There will be an early arrival fee of $20 for anyone that is not ticketed as part of your vending operation.

We will announce a setup start time closer to the event.

The Diversity Program is back!:

The Diversity Program provides ticket and/or travel stipends for low income, BIPOC and other marginalized communities intended to lower the bridge to entry into the flow arts community. If you would like to learn more about the Diversity Program, contact us at kineticvending@gmail.com

OPTIONAL AND AWESOME COMMUNITY PROJECTS:
In the vein of encouraging ideas that benefit the community, we will provide an additional ticket for use as social media promotions and giveaway if you bring an idea or project that adds unique value to the community. Let us know the project you want to bring below - if it provides a useful service, acts as inspiration, or simply makes Kinetic feel a little extra special we will give you a promotional ticket to use as thanks!
