BY FILLING OUT THIS FORM YOU ARE COMMITTING TO BEING IN THE PARADE.

HIGH SCHOOL Details:

- Float preparation is from 1:30- 4:30pm in the front parking lot

- StuCo is not supervising float preparations and is not responsible for individual floats

- Floats will be lined up at Hawthorn Elementary at 5:00pm where last minute touches can be done

- If you are only a group walking please arrive by 5:30 to get in line

MIDDLE SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY INSTRUCTION Details:

- Float preparation is from 4:30- 5:45pm in the Hawthorn Elementary School parking lot

- If you are not using a vehicle and are just walking as a group please arrive between 5:30-5:45
