**Full-day plans require at least 2 days notice, or will be subject to a $10 express planning fee

Once an itinerary is approved and paid for, we will make any necessary reservations. Some reservations require a credit card. We will send you the establishment details to reserve those yourself.

Once payment is received for the date itinerary, there are no refunds. We are not responsible for missed reservations, inclement weather, or bad dates. We will provide backup rainy day plans for any outdoor activities.
