Family Faith Formation is open to all children ages 2-9 (roughly PreK through 4th Grade). All those under 3.5 years and not potty trained are asked to be accompanied by one parent to their session. For 3.5 year olds who are potty trained, it is at the discretion of the parents to have them accompanied by one parent to their session. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION. There is an option to pay for all of your children together at the end.
