Potential Puppy Buyer Questionnaire 
If you’re planning on getting a puppy from a responsible, reputable breeder, expect to be asked a lot of questions.

Any good breeder wants to make sure that they find a good match for their puppies and every puppy should have a forever home where they’ll be part of the family. Not only that, the household where their specific breed (Pomeranian) is moving on to, must be suitable. Please do research on the Pomeranian breed before deciding to welcome one into your home, as with any breed they have their pros and cons.

The following questions will help me to understand a bit about you, your family and your home, as my dogs welfare is extremely important to me. My goal is to find each puppy a loving home.

These questions are purely so I know I'm finding the right people as I take my dogs very seriously. I also want to find the right puppy for you! There is no right or wrong answer to any of these questions. Please answer truthfully and honestly. Once you have filled this out, I will be in contact with you!

Do you have experience with Pomeranians? *
Are you aware and committed to the grooming needs of a doubled coated breed, like a Pomeranian? Daily brushing, frequent bathing, etc. *
We Health test our Pomeranians - Patellas, Eyes, and Heart issues through OFA. My Main goal is healthy happy Pomeranians that fit the AKC standard, But health tested parents do not guarantee a perfect puppy. Are you aware of the special needs of Toy Breeds? Luxating Patella, Collapsing trachea, Hypoglycemia. Please explain your understanding of these and how you can prevent them in your puppy. *
What would your new dogs role be? *
I sell most of my puppies on a spay/neuter contract. When purchasing a puppy on a S/N Contract from me you will sign a contract that states you will get you puppy fixed by 2 years of age. I will not sell a puppy will 'Breeding Rights' to Puppy mills, Large Scale Breeders, or anyone who I find to not be capable of breeding dogs ethically. I currently do not sell to new breeders.  *
