JUST FOR KIDS WITHDRAWAL FORM - Summer 2020
Cancellation of services must be made by submitting a withdrawal form online at least 10 business days prior to the last day of attendance. Any tuition credit balance will be mailed within thirty business days of the last day the child attends. Tuition credit balance refunded must be $15.00 or more.
If proper withdrawal procedures have not been followed, refund of the credit balance will not be given.
