Describe the issue
This is the red/white sticker, generally located on the bottom of a laptop, side of a desktop or on the piece of equipment.
Serial # (If computer)
This is on the bottom of the laptop, or on the top or side of a desktop
Basic Troubleshooting for Computer Issues
Check to see if the electrical cord is tightly inserted into the wall and device.
Shut down the computer and turned it back on. Not a restart. A shut down.
Checked to make sure the Ethernet cable is tightly inserted into the wall port and device, if it is using an Ethernet cable. The lights on the Ethernet port on the device are flashing.
Check to make sure that the wireless is turned on and that the wireless light is blue (laptops).
Shake the ink cartridge and put back in for additional printing before replacing with a new cartridge.
