2024 Cleghorn Harvest Fest Vendor Registration

Date:                         Saturday, September 7, 2024

Open Hours:            10:00am - 4:00pm

Registration Fee:    $25 per 12 x 12 booth.  THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 09/01/2024. If postmarked after 09/01/2024, the registration fee will be $35 per 12 x 12 booth.

Additional Booths: $25 each 12 x 12 booth. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 09/01/2024. If postmarked after 09/01/2024, the registration fee will be $35 per 12 x 12 booth.

Set-Up:                     May begin at 7:30a. NO EARLIER SET-UPS. Must be ready to sell by 10:00am.
Tear-Down:              Please do not tear down until 4pm.  Must be cleared out by 5pm.

Booth Locations:    First come, first served. Spaces will be marked.
What to bring:         Anything that you need - tables, chairs, tent, etc.  No electricity is available.  Please note, this venue is outdoors, rain or shine.
