All stallholders selling food or beverage must agree to and meet prescribed safe food handling requirements.
Each stall holder selling food or beverage is required by WCC to understand they are responsible for the availability of sufficient equipment for their food and beverage storage and food heating for the day of the event.
On the day, officers from the WCC Environmental Health team inspect all the food and drink stalls. Approved stallholders will be asked to leave the event on the day if they are unable to meet the safe hygiene requirements.
