2022 Hartford Block Party Vendor Application
The Hartford Community Coalition will host its 7th Annual Town of Hartford Block Party at Lyman Point Park on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 5pm-8pm. Rain date TBA.

The Block Party purpose is to introduce Hartford residents to your role in keeping Hartford a safe and healthy community. Vendors represent organizations or agencies that would like to promote their community services to the Hartford Community.  Examples of organizations/agencies:  Health care, child care, literacy training, education, social services, transportation services, housing, recreation, rural development, community improvement and the like.

Hartford Community Coalition Block Party Vendor Guidelines
Thank you for applying as a vendor to the Hartford Community Coalition Block Party. Please fill out the application below.  Vendor applications will be reviewed and accepted until June 14th. Please register early - registrations will be checked every week and a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your registration.

ALL VENDORS are responsible for bringing a table (and chair if necessary) for your spot. The space available for each vendor will be at least 8' x 10'. Please note: electricity is NOT available.

To help sustain this as a free event, we are asking for a suggested donation of $20* to HCC for a vendor spot. All donations will go toward underwriting one of the following:
FREE Picnic dinner for all
Insurance for the event
Live music - local band
Community Art Project
Photographer
Media/Poster Printing
OR you can donate a gift card to be raffled off at the Block Party!!

*All donations are tax-deductible. HCC is a nonprofit organization and this Block Party has always been free to anyone attending and always organized by a few volunteers. Please send a check made out to HCC and mailed to: HCC PO Box 4343 White River Junction, VT 05001

Do you have a give-away/gift certificate that you would like raffled off at the Party? We welcome you to have a raffle gift at your table and at 6:55pm we will ask you to bring your collection of submissions to the stage and you can pick a winner. All raffles will be done at 7pm.
