Equity Check

In this work we want to centre people who are least served by the current food system across Lambeth and Southwark, and people who have been traditionally excluded from grant making processes like this.

To make sure we're keeping you centred and to make sure we're taking an intersectional lens, we'd love to know who we are and are not reaching through this recruitment process.

So if you're happy to, please share a little about you so we can understand who we are and are not reaching in this work. This question is entirely optional.

Optional: Which of the following, if any, do you identify with or as?

Select all that apply. This question is optional.

Do you have any accessibility needs we should be aware of?

We're asking this to make sure everyone is able to take part in a way that works for them and that they're comfortable with. This will not effect your eligibility.
Do you know any of the recruitment panel members?
We'll try our best to make sure we pair you with someone you don't know for fairness in the shortlisting calls.
