Casting men and women who appear age 20-55 who have chronic heart failure for videos that will appear online and social media for SELF, Conde Nast and potential partners. Candidates should be in the New York, Los Angeles, Miami, or Washington DC areas.

Ideal person has experienced this condition and wants to advocate for awareness by sharing their story.

Those chosen will shoot their own footage with guidance and direction.

Compensation is $2,000 for the shoots and usage.

Shoot will be in August 2020 and will comply with safety and social distancing measures.
