Your membership application/renewal will be reviewed and an invoice for membership dues will be emailed to the contact provided. Please note, the membership application is separate from the member profile. If you are a new applicant, a link to fill out your member profile for our website will be emailed to the contact provided. Every October, the Minot Area Council of the Arts holds our "Annual Meeting of the Full Board" and each member is entitled to appoint one representative to this board. Please provide the name and contact information for that appointee if different from the primary contact above. (If left blank, your primary contact will be appointed)
