WITHDRAWAL POLICY // SESSION CLASSES
- Cancellation refund is only accepted if cancellation form has been submitted to Dance City within 7 days of the student's registration date.
- Any cancellations received after the 7 days may qualify for a class credit if cancellation form has been received before the 1st class of the session. Once the session has started, credits are not offered.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for any missed classes.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY 10 MONTH PROGRAM // SEPTEMBER TO JUNE // FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM, PROGRESSIONS PROGRAM & ADULT PROGRAM
- A parent/guardian must complete a cancellation form provided by Dance City prior to the next installment pay period (Prior to September 1, November 1, January 1, March 1).
- If lessons are canceled between August 1st and August 31st, a $100 + GST cancellation fee is charged (per dancer).
- I.e., cancellation form must be filled out on / or before July 31st.
- If lessons are canceled prior to recital, recital costume becomes the property of Dance City. No refunds provided.
- Costume fees / installments are non-refundable.
- Registration fees / installments are non-refundable.
- Recital fees / installments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for any missed classes.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY 10 MONTH PROGRAM // SEPTEMBER TO JUNE/ // PROGRESSIONS PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM- A parent/guardian must complete a cancellation form provided by Dance City prior to the next tuition pay period (Prior to September 1, November 1, January 1, March 1).
- If lessons are canceled between August 1st and August 31st, a $100 + GST cancellation fee is charged (per dancer).
- I.e., cancellation form must be filled out on / or before July 31st.
- If lessons are canceled prior to recital, costume becomes the property of Dance City. No refunds provided.
- Costumes are property of Dance City until your account is paid in full AND remains the property of Dance City if your child withdraws before recital.
- Any cancellations after November 1 will be charged the full competition fees (all remainder installments).
- Any cancellations after November 1 will be charged the full costume fee (all remainder installments).

WITHDRAWAL POLICY // FINE ARTS ACADEMY
- A parent/guardian must complete a cancellation form provided by Dance City Fine Arts Academy one month in advance of your child's withdrawal from a class or classes. You will find this form on our weekly update emails.
- After this notification in writing you are responsible for one additional month's payment (i.e. if you submit cancellation form to Dance City Fine Arts Academy on November 1st, you will pay for the November classes and your child will withdraw at the end of November) and the automatic monthly credit card charges will be canceled for subsequent months.
- The 7th of the month is the cut-off date to notify of withdrawal. Any notification after the 7th of a month will hold you responsible for that month's payment and the following month's payment ( i.e. if you submit cancellation form to Dance City Fine Arts Academy on November 8th you are still responsible for your November payment as well as your December payment even if it is your intention to withdraw your child(ren) at the end of November.)
- Cancellations are not accepted for any classes after March 1st, NO REFUNDS will be given for the remaining months.
- Registration fees and deposits are non refundable.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY 10 MONTH PROGRAM // SEPTEMBER TO JUNE // COMPETITIVE & PRE-PROFESSIONAL
Providing Notice (Competitive & Pre-Professional):- A parent/guardian must complete a cancellation form provided by Dance City one month in advance of your child's withdrawal from a class or classes.
- After filling out the cancellation form, you are responsible for one additional payment installment.
- I.e., if you submit a cancellation form to Dance City on November 1st, you will pay for the November installment and your child will withdraw at the end of November and the automatic monthly credit card charges will be canceled for subsequent months.
- The 7th of the month is the cut-off date to notify of withdrawal. Any notification after the 7th of a month will hold you responsible for that month's installment and the following month's installment.
- I.e., if you submit the cancellation form to Dance City on November 8th you are still responsible for your November installment as well as your December installment, even if it is your intention to withdraw your child(ren) at the end of November.
Cancellation fees (Competitive & Pre-Professional):- If lessons are canceled between August 1st and August 31st, a $100 + GST cancellation fee is charged (per dancer).

- September and June tuition will be invoiced to your account September 1 - no refunds provided. Regular cancellation policy is in effect September 1.
- September and June installments are non-refundable if canceling after August 31.

- CDTA and Adapt exam fees are due and will be charged to your account October 1st Exam fees are non-refundable.
- Graded RAD exam fees are due and will be charged to your account December 1st AND January 1, Exam fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations after November 7 will be charged the full Graded RAD exam fee.
- Competition fees / installments are non-refundable.
- Any cancellations after November 7 will be charged the full competition fees (all remainder installments).
- Recital fees / installments are non-refundable.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- At any time Dance City has the right to move all classes to an online format through zoom in the event that it is no longer safe to conduct in-person instruction.
- There will be no discounts or refunds given and all above cancellation policies will be in effect.
