Service Fees and Medication Fees

Video call fees are THB 500 per 15 minutes, with a 20% discount on medications prescribed by the doctor during the consultation through December 31, 2023.

Medicine delivery fee:

- Receive your medicine within 24 hours after payment. Delivery in Bangkok and Samut Prakan provinces by Grab, 100 baht/route from February 1 – December 31, 2023.

- Receive your medicine within 72 hours of payment. Delivery throughout Thailand (except for Bangkok and Samut Prakan provinces) by Thailand Post and SCG EXPRESS. No delivery charge, free! from February 1 – December 31, 2023.

Making an insurance claim for these services is dependent on your coverage. Please check your policy details or inquire with the company through which you wish to make a claim.
