Note: This form is to be used to lodge an appeal for cancelling or remission of a VET Student Loan or Upfront debt/invoice. This form should also be lodged by all students who need units revised or moved to another term after a census date, due to inability to complete a unit within the allocated term.
Note: Special Circumstances will only be considered if there is supporting evidence and the issue/reason for needing special circumstances occurred after the terms census date.
