Solihull College & University Centre:     Affiliate staff request form
      This form should be completed by the line manager of partnership staff who are involved in the teaching, management or liaison of partnership programmes.  

For both professional services staff and teaching staff, Oxford Brookes University affiliate staff gives you an email account, access to the online library and systems their role requires such as Student Information and Argos Reports.  

For teaching staff, this form is first submitted to the respective faculty quality team for approval of the teaching responsibilities being requested. Please ensure adequeate information is provided for efficient processing. 

If you are requesting for the staff member to teach on more than one programme, please submit a form per programme. Once you have completed the form there will be an option to submit again.

If the staff member request is in relation to a programme yet to be validated, please contact the affiliate staff inbox at the email address below.
