Welcome to Kujali, Black Family Support Line Referral form.

The Black Family Support Line is a free telephone support line for Black families residing in Durham Region and surrounding areas to provide advocacy, access to resources, guidance, and mentoring to support healthy families. The Black Family Support Line is geared to support parents/caregivers/guardians with challenges experienced in the educational system, child welfare, criminal justice system, and legal system. We also aim to help address financial challenges, family conflict, mental health, and more. The purpose of the navigation line is to reduce the feelings of isolation in the community and providing them not only peer-to-peer support, also soft-transfers to community resources.

For the community, our trained counsellors are available Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM to provide them support and resources
