All outreach poster registrations are subject to review before acceptance. If you are unable to make the deadline, please let us know if you'd like to be placed on the waiting list. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a poster space. Please be aware that poster spaces are not assigned: it is first come, first served for accepted registrations. If your poster is accepted, you will be contacted by a member of the outreach team with further details for the day of the event.
