Spring is here and STEAM for All is excited to host our annual Spring Arts Benefit Concert! Please fill out this form, leaving no required fields blank, if you would like to perform in the STEAM for All Spring Benefit Showcase.

The VIRTUAL showcase will be held on April 24th, from 2-3:30pm PST. Mandatory dress rehearsals are on April 14th, 2021 and April 21st, 2021 from 5-7pm PST. More details will be sent at a later time.

Please note, if you are interested in doing a group performance either with siblings/family/friends, only one person needs to complete this form.

The DEADLINE for this form is April 5th, 2021 by 11:59pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Within 2-3 days of completing this form, you will be sent an email containing further instructions.
