Woodshop of Recycled Delights (WoRD) creates planters for community growing projects in Hackney, Haringey, Tower Hamlets, Camden, City of London, and Newham.

About our planters:

These planters are created in workshops by folks learning about reclaimed woodworking.

They are made from entirely reclaimed timber, and lined with DPM ready for planting.

Planters vary in sizes and depths and so we cannot guarantee specific measurements.

About WoRD:

Since 2022, The Woodshop of Recycled Delights CIC has been addressing the pressing issue of wood waste while harnessing its potential.

We empower people to up-cycle waste wood, get involved in their local green spaces, share resources and keep making. We do this by teaching woodworking workshops, creating volunteering opportunities, and constructing sustainable timber infrastructure for community projects across London.
