Power Hub Zug is a non-profit association in the Canton of Zug.

Our mission is to support Ukrainian displaced professionals with their job search in Switzerland.

Join us if you are a Swiss resident with the experience of working and applying for jobs in Switzerland and you would like to support Ukrainian job seekers with your professional network and knowledge of Swiss job application process.

How do mentors and the Power Hub Zug team support mentees?
  • Individual 1:1 mentoring tailored to the mentee's professional goals
  • Insights into the Swiss job market and recruitment practices
  • Feedback on application documents and interview preparation
  • Networking support and guidance on building a professional presence on LinkedIn
  • Access to selected webinars and community events organised by Power Hub Zug
  • Encouragement, accountability, and practical advice throughout the programme
Expected time commitment is around 2h per week.
