The #MVLicks is a series designed to showcase the marching arts individual (Or duet) performance to an original piece of music. This could be an original composition or a piece of music written over a song or track. Marching Vlogs will produce and publicize the video to your composition! Our goal is to present another opportunity of performance to the Marching Arts community.

Instruments:

Marching Percussion Instruments (both Battery and Front Ensemble)
Brass Instruments

All the #MVLicks are in person productions.

1) Submit your #MVLicks to Marching Vlogs.

2) Wait for your #MVLicks to be approved. If we move forward
we will set up a time and place (Where you think your video would look best to fit your style or vision with the music)

3) Meet at shooting location.

4) Audio Recordings are shot first. We will take the time to make sure we get plenty of isolated audio recordings of you playing. If you have a song or backing track, you will need headphones to play too.

5) Record Visual performance. You will be playing your piece for the sake of capturing multiple video angles. A speaker will be provided to ensure you are playing with the track. We will not use headphones for this portion. We are looking for consistency with your performance so we are able to line up your audio track (previously mentioned in step 4) with the visual shots.

6) MV will then edit the video, which will come out at a certain time on MV's Youtube Channel.
