RECEIPT OF DONATED GOODS The Recipient acknowledges receipt of Donated Goods donated by The Little Flower Group to the Recipient. WAIVER OF LIABILITY. Recipient does hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, property damage, any claim in tort, or any other claim, regardless of legal theory, that may hereafter accrue as a result of the use of the Donated Goods. The entire risk as to the performance of the Donated Goods is assumed by Recipient. In no event shall The Little Flower Group be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or any other economic or physical loss or damage to any individual regardless of legal theory resulting from the use of the Donated Goods. The above limitations on liability apply even though The Little Flower Group may have been advised of the possibility of such damage. INDEMNIFICATION. Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Little Flower Group Parties from any and all claims, liability, and damages arising from the use of the Donated Goods except those arising from the sole gross negligence or willful misconduct of The Little Flower Group. RECIBO DE ARTICULOS DONADOS. El Beneficiario acusa recibo de los Bienes Donados donados por The Little Flower Group al Beneficiario. EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD. Por la presente, el destinatario renuncia, libera y descarga todas y cada una de las reclamaciones por daños y perjuicios por lesiones personales, muerte, daños a la propiedad, cualquier reclamación por agravio o cualquier otra reclamación, independientemente de la teoría legal, que en lo sucesivo pueda acumularse como resultado del uso del Bienes donados. El Destinatario asume todo el riesgo en cuanto al rendimiento de los Bienes Donados. En ningún caso The Little Flower Group será responsable de ningún daño directo, indirecto, especial, incidental, consecuente, lucro cesante o cualquier otra pérdida o daño económico o físico a cualquier individuo, independientemente de la teoría legal que resulte del uso del Bienes donados.
