Please complete this form if you are interested in being a leader for Living the Way (LTW) Discipleship. This means you would like to become a 1:1 discipler, and lead someone from CCCHURCH through the guides of Living the Way. You will be matched up with your disciple via email or text when there is a match for you. If you have someone specific you are planning to disciple, please indicate that in the answers below.

There will be a training at a later date, consisting of a Zoom, video, and Q&A session. In the meantime, please be praying over the members of CCCHURCH, and explore the guides on the LTW website to familiarize yourself with the content: https://www.startlivingtheway.com/
