Please read each item below:
Your child must attend Fall Creek School or live in the Fall Creek district to play for Fall Creek.
Fill out the registration form once per child.
Recreation fee is $50.
We will be using the same jersey as last year. So you will only need to purchase one if you are new or if yours is to small. The cost is $36 for the jersey.
Total cost for 2026 season is $86 (with a jersey).
Online payment can be made via Sqaure (Link:
https://square.link/u/h5ExeYH7 ). You will enter the amount. The amount may differ depending on whether or not you need a jersey. Then you will checkout, enter your name, email, and card information (or use CashApp). There will be another chance to pay using Square at the end of the registration process.
If you do not want to pay online, cash or check ( to Fall Creek Rec Club) can be paid to Lauren Faircloth or Bryan Renegar.
Parents/Guardians of participating children are required to work concessions for home games and/or postseason tournament. More information about concessions will be provided closer to the season.
Payment must be made before your child's jersey is ordered and they are eligible to participate in games.
