Explore & More - Bite Size Buffalo 2026
Last Year, Bite Size Buffalo took place during one weekend which was full of vendors on every floor providing samples to our guests. We saw over 2,000 people during that weekend and it was a great success.

in 2026, Bite Size Buffalo will be  a multi-month showcase with different restaurants providing samples, doing cooking demonstrations, and selling food/goods on select weekends. We ask all businesses to provide a free sample or tasting to participate in Bite Size Buffalo 2026.
