Teens grades 6-12 may use this form to request a Thingiverse 3D printed item from Studio T.
Processing Your Request:
**NEW** Teens must provide a parent or guardian's contact information to have the print processed.**- 3D Printing costs $.05 per gram of filament used.
- A requested completion date does not guarantee completion by that date; with most requests taking approximately seven days.
- Projects with a verified school assignment will have priority, all other requests are processed in the order they are received.
School AssignmentsThere is no charge for a 3D printed object for a school assignment. Please provide all necessary information for the assignment and the due date in the corresponding section below.

- Food-related items or items resembling weaponry in any form cannot be printed. This includes fantasy weapons, cosplay props, etc that resemble these items.
