3D Print Requests for Teens (Studio T)
Teens grades 6-12 may use this form to request a Thingiverse 3D printed item from Studio T.  

The Teen Studio 3D Printers are Prusa MK3s and use PLA filament only. 

Processing Your Request: 
  • 3D Printing costs $.05 per gram of filament used.
  • A requested completion date does not guarantee completion by that date; with most requests taking approximately seven days.
  • Teen projects over $5 will be called to verify the cost of the print.
  • Projects with a verified school assignment will have priority, all other requests are processed in the order they are received.
School Assignments
There is no charge for a 3D printed object for a school assignment. Please provide all necessary information for the assignment and the due date in the corresponding section below. After submitting this form, e-mail the school assignment to : teens@sachemlibrary.org

Guidelines
  • All print requests may be delayed by technical difficulties beyond our control.  This may cause delays in receiving your print by the due date.  In this event you will be notified. 
  • Food-related items or items resembling weaponry in any form cannot be printed.  This includes fantasy weapons, cosplay props, etc that resemble these items.
