2026 Reynoldstown Farmers Market Vendor Application

The market will be open Sundays from April 19 to October 25, 2026.

  • Market hours are 9am to noon.

This is the 4th year of our market, and we have a developed a consistent shopper base of 350 to 400 people on average. We have a solid foundation of vendors who sell at our market each week, and we have other vendors who rotate in. We are looking for vendors who are a good fit for our limited vendor spots. We strive for professionalism in our management of the market, and expect that in return from our vendors.

********All vendors are required to provide their own tent, signage, tables, POS system, staff, and tent weights. We strive for a polished look at our market, with tablecloths and signage showing vendor names, offerings and prices. We seek vendors who have an established business, with an online presence in place. A website isn't necessarily required, but in lieu of that, a robust social media presence is.*********

Booth rental for farmers is $20/week. Booth rental for non-farmers is $40/week. We require our vendors pay fees monthly, in advance.
