Archery Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver (WA)
By selecting the checkbox below, I agree that:
• I understand archery involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death, and I
voluntarily assume all risks.
• I will follow all safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
• I will use equipment properly and only shoot downrange.
• I accept responsibility for equipment and will pay for damage or loss caused by misuse.
• I confirm I am physically able to participate and authorize emergency medical care if
needed.
• I consent to photos/video for promotional use unless otherwise stated
WASHINGTON LIABILITY RELEASE:
I release and hold harmless The Nock Point and its staff/affiliates from all liability, including claims
of ordinary negligence.
This agreement is governed by Washington law. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in
effect.
MINORS: If signing for a minor, I agree as parent/guardian to all terms.
This is a legally binding agreement.
