For that role, we do ask participants to submit a resume via email so we can better understand your skills and match you with the right tasks. PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT FORM

Youth between the ages of 14–17 may volunteer without parental supervision but must be accompanied by another adult volunteer or staff member. Special permissions are required for youth under 14 years old. 

All volunteers under 18 years of age must have signed consent from a parent or legal guardian to volunteer with Projekt NYC. The following guidelines apply:

I understand that my child will be provided with any training necessary for the safe and responsible performance of their duties.
I understand that my child will be expected to meet all requirements of the position, including regular attendance and adherence to Projekt NYC policies and procedures.
I understand that my child will not receive monetary compensation for their volunteer service.
I release Projekt NYC from any and all liabilities related to or arising from my child’s service as a volunteer.

Photo & Media Consent
I give permission for Projekt NYC and its media partners to use my child’s picture, portrait, photograph, image, or voice in any and all forms of marketing and communication, including the Projekt NYC website, social media, brochures, bulletins, and promotional displays.
