Newtown Stage Company is excited to offer another session of our Fractured Fairytale Theater workshop to 2-6th graders on Thursdays, Jan 8- Feb 26 from 5:30-6:30. Young performers will grow their acting skills as we explore traditional fairytales as well as fractured versions that we will perform for families in our final session together. All participants will be given a role in one or more of the hilarious stories we will tell. Every session we explore hilarious new stories. This program will be lead by Katie Bloom, NSCo C0-Founder and second grade teacher who is also a certified special education and theater teacher! This class will take place at the Edmond Town Hall's Alley Room which is downstairs and right next to the Newtown Stage Company studio. The cost of this program is $300 and can be paid via cash given directly to the instructor on the first day or a check made out to Katie Bloom and mailed to 237 Guinea Road Monroe, CT 06468. Venmo is also available. All are welcome. Space is limited and will likely fill quickly so don't delay.
