We will practice meditation together: sitting, walking, eating, and working.
For our working meditation, we plan to make new meditation cushions for the sangha. We will also have materials and patterns if you would like to make a cushion for your own use.
Please plan to bring your own lunch, plates and utensils. The sangha will provide drinks and snacks to share.
