睇開啲佛學班 :做人其實好辛苦!但是遇到困難時總會被勸說「睇開啲」,但是「睇開啲」真的那麼容易嗎?我們的佛學班以簡單易明的方式介紹最基礎和重要的佛法智慧。課堂包括基本禪修方式,討論如何將佛法融入生活和修習李堅翔博士創立的「覺、悟、行」佛法輔導技巧,活出真正「睇開啲」的自在人生。佛學班分為六堂的二小時的晚上課程和一個半日的禪修工作坊,以令學員體驗活在當下的平靜。

2. 苦與集:「我」 是誰? Dukkha and its causes: Who am “I”?
3. 滅與道: 八種生活態度 How to end suffering? Noble Eightfold Path
4. 半日禪 Half-day Meditation Workshop 
5. 覺、悟、行: 點樣睇開啲 Note, Know Choose: Three Keys to Psychological Wellbeing
6. 六波羅蜜: 修身修心 Six Paramitas: Daily Cultivation
7. 四攝法: 活出自在人生 The Four Embracing Virtues: Tricks to a Comfortable Life
