1. Press Passes are issued by the Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. and specific to the designated Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. events and or activities. 

2. Press Passes must be worn and displayed by the Press Pass Holder at all times during the Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. designated events and or activities.

2. Press Passes are non-transferable and may not be shared at the Press Pass holder's discretion to be used by others. 

4. Press Pass Holder must not wear the Press Pass at non-designated Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. events and or activities while holding themselves out as a representative of Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc.

5. Press Pass Holder may not speak to media or any third-parties and or conduct interviews purporting to be a representative of or acting on behalf of Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. 

6. Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to refuse and or remove the Press Pass Holder, Press Pass, and or Press Pass Holder access to all or certain events and or activities at its own discretion. 

7. Press Pass Holder media coverage must not interfere with the events and or activities. 

8. Press Pass Holder is responsible for any damages they cause to themselves and or other participants and/or to the event and or activities. 

9. Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or for any equipment owned, rented, or otherwise possessed by the Press Pass Holder. 

10.  No individual profit-gaining or donations are allowed by the Press Pass Holder.

11. Press Pass Holder must comply with copyright and licensing laws.

I grant Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. to use any deliverables provided by me for any present and or future marketing and or other use. Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. has the right to duplicate and reproduce my deliverables as they desire, free, and clear of any claim on my part. This authorization shall remain in effect until revoked by me in writing.

Press Pass Holder hereby agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. and their committee members and affiliates, Scissortail Park Foundation, The City of OKC, their officials, employees and agents against any and all claims for illness, personal injury and or bodily injury including death, and property damage or loss which may arise directly or indirectly from my Press Pass Holder participation including any and all costs for illness, personal injury and or bodily injury, and property damage or loss for which a dispute, claim, or demand is asserted, whether it is frivolous or made in good faith. Such indemnification shall include any and all costs and expenses including but not limited to court costs and fees, attorney fees, witness fees, expert fees, damages, and interest which may be incurred by or assessed against Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. and their committee members and affiliates. In the event of any claim or dispute arising in and out of the Press Pass Holder's activities, it shall be resolved by Arbitration. There shall be a mutually agreed upon Arbitrator appointed by Oklahoma Pride Alliance, Inc. and the vendor participant. The place of Arbitration shall be in the state of Oklahoma. The Arbitrator's decision shall be final and will be binding.
