Hello EPSD9 Community,

We’re excited to share that Eagle Point School District 9 is offering a FREE Love and Logic certification course at Eagle Point Middle School! Join us on May 13th, 14th, and 15th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM each evening. Just a quick reminder: you’ll need to attend all three sessions to receive your Love and Logic Course Completion Certificate.

This course is all about helping you feel more relaxed, hopeful, and positive when it comes to setting boundaries and having those tricky conversations with your child. We can’t wait to see you there and support you on this journey!

Topics include:

Addressing power struggles with technology.
Motivating students to engage in safe and honest conversation.
Attendance and anxiety
Addressing bullying
Other needs specific to your student.

The course will be conducted by Eric Thomas, our District Behavior Intervention Specialist, and Love and Logic Trainer. Eric brings to the table 13 years of experience in education as a teacher, trainer, and counselor. He is also an instructor at Southern Oregon University, specializing in behavior management, intervention, and shaping.

The Love and Logic certification course is open to parents, community members, and educators. Pizza and daycare will be provided.

Courses are scheduled from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at EPMS on the following dates:

May 15th
