Membership Hold

To process your membership hold, please complete this brief form (should take less than 2 minutes).

As per Section 8 of the Gym Agreement: an upfront charge will be issued to the account on file that reflects the duration of your hold, for example: 14-day hold = A single charge of $14. If you wish to extend your hold, you must notify us in advance of the hold end date via email/phone. Regular bi-weekly payments will resume after your hold end date.
