We follow a return policy inspired by the Sunnah, allowing you to return any perfume you’re not happy with. Please take a moment to go through the points below to ensure a smooth return or exchange:

📦 Return & Exchange Policy:
- You can return or exchange your item within 20 days of purchase.
- The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the fragrance left.
- We only accept returns or exchanges for 50ML, or 100ML perfume bottles.
- We do not accept returns for:  
  ❌ 5ML spray testers set.

📅 Processing Time:
- Please allow 5-6 working days for us to review and process your request.

💡 Important Notes:
- This policy is only for online orders.
- If the box is damaged, or the tester/cellophane is missing, a small fee may apply.
- If the perfume has been used up to 10%, a small return fee is charged.  
  However, if more than 10% is used, we’re unable to accept the return.

- Missing Cellophane – Rs. 20  
- Missing Box – Rs. 50  
- Missing Tester – Rs. 30  
- Perfume used up to 10% – Rs. 20
