Teen Exhibitions Program Application
Teen Exhibitions Program (TEP), is a group of paid teens from the Boston area that work together to plan, curate, and install artwork in the Teen Gallery located at the ICA’s Seaport Studio. As a member of TEP, you will organize two exhibitions a year to amplify teen art and invite teens in Boston and beyond to engage with the artwork. You will work with other teens to imagine the possibilities of what this exhibition space can look like. You will also work with ICA staff to design exhibitions, install artwork, and create happenings to engage the community with the work.

Compensation is $1,080 for the 60-hour program. We meet on Tuesdays, 4-7 PM, from Jan 16 through May 21, 2024. We do not meet on Feb 20 or Apr 16. We also come together to hold events on Fri, Feb 9, 4-8 PM, Thurs, Apr 25, 4:30-7:30 PM, and Fri, May 10, 4-8 PM.

We are prioritizing Boston Public School Applicants. This application allows us to create diverse groups that represents new and important perspectives. Please answer all questions intentionally. We will reach out to do a phone interview.
