Providence Farm Reservation Form
Submit this form to reserve farm products for PICK UP at the GREENSBORO FARMERS CURB MARKET, SATURDAY, JULY 19, during market hours (8am - 12 noon). 

Reservations are honored on a first come, first filled basis. We are a small scale regenerative farm that embraces a slow club approach to doing things right. We may not always have enough to accommodate everyone's wants and needs but we will do our best. Special Packaging requests can be made at the Special Instructions option at the bottom of the form. Again, we will do our very best to accommodate all requests. Please be sure to submit contact info in case we have questions. 

PORK:  Our pork is heritage breed Tamworth - called The Bacon Maker. Tamworth are uniquely equipped to thrive in woodland and forest where their active foraging is converted into very lean, very flavorful meat. They are slower growing than production pigs and develop a terroir in our regenerative system.  Bacon/smoked jowl will not be available until mid/end of August. 

POULTRY is free range on our farm. We are inspected and approved for on farm processing by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture. Please use the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section to request custom packaging. We will make every effort to accommodate. ALL packaging is freezer safe. 

All other farm products (no spray veggies, fiber, soaps, eggs) will be at the market as available.

We are predator friendly; herbicide and pesticide free. Livestock guardian dogs provide safety and security for our poultry and livestock. We don't use medicated feeds. We are about ethical farming practices that promote whole habitat health and happy animals. 

We will try to send a confirmation email Friday night; however, this may not happen and if you don't hear from us, feel free to reach out...but it's generally safe to assume that if you don't hear from us, we've got your order ready, we're just crazy busy.

Chicken Cutlets - all white meat cutlets, ready to use and perfect for chicken marsala or fry them up for a breakfast biscuit. The are the thin ends of breasts and the major benefit is lightning fast, even cooking. 
Standard packaging is 4-6 cutlets per vac seal package.

Gizzards - Offered in deli pint containers holding approximately 1#. Gizzards are completely cleaned and ready to cook. $10/lb due to cleaning time. These are labor intensive.
