2021-2022: Holy Family Pre-School - 6th Grade Faith Formation Basic Registration

Faith Formation Classes start again the third week of September. Classes will be Wednesdays in Sandusky (starting 9/22) from 4:00 - 5:15 pm at St. Joseph. If there is enough interest, classes will ALSO be held on Tuesdays in Marlette at St. Elizabeth from 4:00 - 5:15 pm. Cost of classes is $40 per student with a cap of $100 per family. Payment can be made at the first day of class; there will be additional paperwork (insurance and liability forms) to be filled out at that time. My child will attend Faith Formation in Sandusky on Wednesdays.

Tuesdays in Marlette is my first choice for location of Faith Formation; if there is not enough interest to have it there, my child WILL attend in Sandusky.

If there is not enough interest for classes in Marlette, my child will go to another parish for Faith Formation.
