*Entry forms must be submitted not later than October 7th to be considered for judging which will take place on October 21st.

*All Scarecrows need to be removed NO LATER than November 1st. Any scarecrow not removed by this date will be disposed of.

*The Chamber and the Fall Festival committee are not responsible for damage or loss of your scarecrow or items utilized to make it.

* I permit all media outlets and the Culver Chamber to photograph my display for promotional purposes.
