WPL Scheduling Request Form
This form is used for submitting scheduling requests BEFORE schedules have been written and posted by the league. Once your schedule has been posted, there are options to change/reschedule games detailed on the WPL website. Any submission via this form that is requesting a change to a finished schedule will be ignored.

Each LEAGUE team is allowed a maximum of TWO NON-play dates (NOT two weekends).  Please list IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE as these are not guaranteed.  However, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on all requests received.

Possible reasons the team might not want to play on a given day:  School holidays, Club-wide events (auctions, dinners, party, etc.), School events (concerts, carnivals, dances, etc.), Coach has personal conflict (wedding, job, vacation, etc.), Tournaments, President's Weekend, Super Bowl Sunday, PROM, Veteran's Weekend, anything else you can think of where you already know a date the team cannot play.

We will NOT contact you to confirm your entries.  If we cannot figure out which team you are (accurate team name) or you choose an incorrect date (weekday), we will not be able to accommodate your request.

Team Travel Request - Hotel Stay?
If your team has travel games (the opponent is more than three hours away from your home city), do you want to have those games on 1) the same weekend with one game on Saturday, a hotel stay and then a second game on Sunday OR 2) different weekends so no hotel stay is required; your team would drive to the game in the morning, play the game and then drive home that evening; this option would include a game on the other day OR 3) no other games on a weekend where you travel.  Remember, we do NOT guarantee all requests will be granted due to conflicting requests and field availability.

Any game scheduled at a venue UNDER three hours from your home city is not considered a travel game.

Please provide any other information about your team that is important for us to know to write your team's schedule.  BE SPECIFIC.  Make sure we will not have questions about any of the information you provided as we may not always have time to contact you for clarification.  
REVIEW YOUR DATA
Please make sure you chose the correct age group and gender for your team.  With drop down lists, it is easy to select the wrong options.  Be careful when making your selections.  Make sure you provided VERY specific details with your team name - color, level, club, etc.  Anything that will completely differentiate your team from all other teams from your club.  If we cannot find your team in the event, we will NOT accommodate your requests.

Remember, we do NOT guarantee requests will be granted due to conflicting requests.
