Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Levitate Music Festival. We deeply appreciate your interest and are honored by your willingness to apply. At this time, all Artist/Craft/Food spaces are filled - but you just never know what could come up between now and the event. Please still consider filling out our application as we are continuously reviewing and will place you on our waitlist should anything open up between now and the event based on product/food gaps. We will let you know ASAP if a space opens up, though if you don’t hear from us, it is safe to assume that a space has not opened up for the July production.

Please carefully read over the below details regarding our cost, expectations & restrictions prior to applying to be a vendor at the Levitate Music & Arts Festival for 2024.

We thoughtfully select our vendors to fit our grassroots vibe. Creating and supporting the arts is an important part of Levitate, and we strive to select artisans whose products are locally and lovingly handmade and handcrafted.

At this time we are NOT accepting additional apparel vendors, manufactured items or CBD/THC products.

The Levitate Music & Arts Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds, no exceptions. In the event of postponement of event, vendors will automatically receive placement in new event dates. In the event of postponement that vendor is unable to attend new dates, if reasonable time is provided to LMF for LMF to replace vendor, then LMF will work with vendor on refund of any and all fees. Vendors are required to participate in all three days of the event. Plastic bags are not allowed.

COST:
10'x10' : $1150

COST INCLUDES:
- A 3 day 10'x10' vending space**
- Professionally installed tent
- Electric plug
- 2 General Admission weekend tickets*
- 1 Parking Pass for off site parking

*Any additional tickets needed, must be purchased in advance, subject to availability.
**Vendors must commit to all 3 days of vending.

PAYMENT:
Payment is required in full to reserve your spot as a vendor and must be paid prior to the event. (subject to an additional 3% fee for credit card transactions).

REVIEW PROCESS:
Waitlist vendors will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and notified ASAP in the event that a space becomes available.

I understand that upon acceptance, I will be required to provide Levitate Music Festival with a copy of my Certificate of Insurance naming Levitate Music Festival LLC as additionally insured. If I do not have my own insurance I understand that I will be required to be added to Levitate Music Festival's insurance policy for an additional fee of $100. I understand that Levitate Music Festival is not liable for anything within my designated vendor space.
